1 to 3 week sublet in Peckham flat (whole flat)

This ad is for a short stay sublet of my 1 bedroom flat in a leafy Peckham. It's for the whole flat. Perfect for someone in between houses or just moving to / visiting town.

Please read the ad carefully. The dates below are the only dates we can offer.

The flat is light filled and leafy and on one of the best streets in Peckham. We regularly Air bnb it as we have a life and kids in school in Sheffield and use the flat mostly for work stays. We are supplementing Air bnb with Spareroom sublets for short periods from August onwards this year.

We are looking for subletters for short stays in 2026 in the following windows:

AUGUST 10th-31st (3 week stay)
SEPTEMBER 14th-28th (2 weeks)
OCTOBER 2 weeks stay (dates flexible)
NOVEMBER 2 weeks stay (dates flexible)
DECEMBER 2 weeks stay (dates flexible)

RENT (including all bills):

One person:
£450 for one week
£750 for 2 weeks

Couple
£500 for 1 week
£800 for 2 weeks

The difference in rent for a couple is to do with energy usage (which, in London is still appallingly high)

No possibility for longer stays as we will need to be in the flat periodically ourselves. If you're looking for a longer sublet please look on.

Either singles or couples welcome. 2 people max.

LOCATION:

3 minutes walk from Peckham Rye Common, Rye Lane, Bellenden Rd and a 10 minute walk to bustling East Dulwich. Terrific pubs / cafes around. South facing so the light throughout the day is gorgeous. Fully furnished with everything you might need including a quite space to work.

Closest transport is the Peckham Rye overground.

Damage holding deposit: £100 this will be refunded within 24 hours of the end of your stay.

I have a sublet contract that I use so all of this will be in writing.
