Fully furnished room available for a female preferably, in Peckham/East . A residential area, with a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Excellent transport links to central London. Accessible to all amenities including, shops, restaurants, 2 sports centres and cinema. These are all just 10 mins walk away. The flat offers a panoramic view of London and there is a park just across the road.
Happy to share a coffee or a glass of wine together or an occasional meal but the living area is mainly my space. Respecting each others privacy is also important.
Must be cat friendly!
