Renting this decent size room as the flat mate is moving out.
At the moment it is furnished but everything will go and the room will be empty (but some furniture is availble if required or i can get it organised).

The room is in a two bed detached house in the heart of Penge. 5mins walk to Penge East Station, 8mins to Penge West. Crystal Palace park is also just around the corner. A very convenient location if you commute to central London. Only 17mins to Victoria and 20mins to London Bridge.

The house has a large living room and a massive kithen.

There is only one bathroom (also quite big) so it will be shared with another female (me :) )

The house is situated in the park teritorry and is secured safely with proper gates. There’s also a nice back yard and some outdoor space to enjoy beautiful summer evenings.

Looking for a friendly, tidy and easy going person, preferably a female to live in this nice house.
Working professionals is a priority.

The rent is £800 per month plus bills. In a warmer season the bills are lower and is around £120 per month each. Winter time is naturally a bit more expensive to live in if you wanna stay warm at home.
