Spacious double in huge 2 bed garden flat!

Hi!

My housemate is moving out of our gorgeous 2 bed flat in Penge to buy - what a traitor! So I'm looking for a replacement to fill her huge double room. Would be nice to find someone who wants to live somewhere homely and sociable, likes a glass of wine (who are we kidding, it's a bottle) & a netflix binge (i'm also a Love Island fan, sorry) but also appreciates that working 9-5 means I'm not having wild mid-week parties...!

A bit about the flat: there's a big shared living area with a dining table for 6 which opens out onto a garden (equipped with a bbq that I have no idea how to use) and a separate large kitchen. The garden also has a big veg patch so if you're green fingered this is legit the dream - it's another area I have zero knowledge on though (lol)

Your room is a huge furnished double - comes with the bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and dressing table (but not the bedside tables pictured, soz). There's also tons of storage in the flat

All bills are included - this covers gas, elec, water, council tax, sky broadband, tv license, netflix and now tv subscription and a weekly cleaner who even does ironing and changes your bedding. She's the best!

The flat is about a 5-10 min walk from Penge East which gets you to Brixton in 10mins and Victoria in about 15mins. We're also a 10 min walk from Penge West which gets you to London Bridge in approx 20mins. We're also 5 mins from Penge high st which has a variety of shops including a big Sainsburys and Lidl

A bit about me: i'm 31 and work in digital marketing, love a glass of wine (as covered above), aspiring vegetarian (but i really don't mind at all if you're not), play netball and go to the gym most days, relatively chill, tidy but not a neat freak
