Large double room in lovely house with garden

One of our housemates is flying the nest to get a place with her boyfriend, so we have a room available in our sweet Victorian three-bedroom house, a stone's throw from Crystal Palace park.

HOUSE
The house has a nice a back garden with a patio area for BBQ’s in the summer. It is set across two levels with two small living rooms on each level, in the first level on the first floor is the room for rent, mini lounge, kitchen fully equipped, newly built and spacious bathroom and garden, the second floor there is another lounge and the ours rooms.

AREA
With Penge West and Penge East only five minutes walk away, we are well connected to the city by National Rail and the Overground - you can reach London Bridge or Victoria station in just 25 minutes.
We have 5 mins walking the Crystal Palace park, and a main street where you have shops and restaurants such as: superdrug, iceland, lidl, boots, costa cafee, local stores, etc.

ROOM
The room available is a large double (nice size) with panoramic windows where you can see the front garden and enjoy the sunlight.
The floor is parquet and decorate it to your liking since it has no furniture.
There is a fireplace and shelf for photos and trinkets etc
The room is available and ready to move. The rent is £534 with bills on top being around £80-£100 a month.

ABOUT US
We're two friendly and easy-going guys, both vegetarian and work in the cycling industry. We spend our weekends brewing coffees and riding bmx at Crystal Palace and our evenings relaxing, cooking food, watching films or researching our next cycle adventure.
We're looking for someone easy-going and respectful with the space of each one and of course tidy keen to pitch in with chores around our biweekly cleaner. We enjoy bike rides and you can join us! But we are always open-minded with other things and if you have other passions it would also work, since we have lived with all kinds of people.
