The room will be available from December 15th to the end of April 2025.
We are only accepting females at the moment to keep a nice balance in the house.
All bills+WI-FI included.

Hi. My name is Cassiano and I'm a Brazilian chef. I spend a few months away from the UK every year. As I am going to travel in December, I would like to rent my own room.
Important to note that some personal belongings are still in the room, mostly under the bed.

The flat:
It’s a homely and friendly atmosphere and we try out absolute best to keep it like that. Cleanliness is paramount around here. A four bedroom flat with no living room, one bathroom, a decent size kitchen/dining area with all appliances and hallway with space for bike parking, coat hanging and shoe rack.

The room:
It's a roomy double room with a big bright window which catches the morning sun, one chest of drawers, one wardrobe, a double bed with a brand new mattress and a bed side table, tv 42 inches and a computer desk with chair.

The housemates:
You'll be sharing with another 3 people, 2 girls and a guy, obviously this might change slightly at some point. The environment is super friendly and the house is kept clean and tidy at all times. A casual dinner together during weekends is the norm but definitely no parties or loudness after 10pm. It’s not at all a party house as we are all busy professionals.

The location:
We are located right next to Penge West overground station so it's pretty easy to connect to all central areas. Crystal palace station is 15 minutes walk from the flat and Penge East 7 minutes walking, both have trains which will quickly take you to central London.
Crystal Palace park is across the road and it's a beautiful place for an afternoon stroll or some Sunday farmers market shopping/eating.

We prefer women to keep a nice balance in the house, sorry boys, nothing against you.
The current flatmates are super kind, sensible and friendly so if you are looking for some cultural exchange this will be a great opportunity.

Note: the room is available from December on a fix term contract.
If not sure you have to leave in April, don’t bother to answer.
