Double room in peaceful flat SE London

Looking for a new flat mate to take over tenancy of my current flat mate from beginning October on renewed 12 month lease. This will be my fourth year in this flat.

First floor maisonette (no lift in building) in Penge. Unfurnished double bedroom available with built in storage cupboard. Kitchen and living room plus tiny balcony downstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Rent £750 per month plus bills currently at £130 per month. Less than 10mins walk to both Penge East and Penge West train stations.

Its a quiet building and I'm introverted so looking for someone who also wants a peaceful homey vibe. I love looking after my many houseplants, reading, nights in front of the tv with a glass of wine and hanging out with friends. I work in theatre as a freelance stage manager so my schedule varies wildly and sometimes I work away from home. I'm mid 30's so ideally looking for someone of a vaguely similar age, female/non binary preferred.
