-Upstairs: My bedroom, extra shower room, third bedroom which I've converted into an extra space: sofa desk piano etc

-The 'Penge end' of Maple Road, less than 30 seconds walk to Penge High Street.
-5 mins walk to Penge East (South Eastern)
-8 mins walk to Penge West (Overground)
-Close walk to Crystal Palace Park
-Permit holder parking on street directly outside, free parking 30 seconds walk.

Professional, easy going, works hard. Likes own space (which the flat has a lot of) but also wants a friendly housemate!

You: Similar to above - laid back, professional. Would suit someone who has 'hybrid' working as there's a lot of space to work in the flat but you also don't want to be there 24/7!
