Hi! My flatmate (26F) and I (28F) are looking for a short term renter for our third bedroom (which is currently being used as a guest room/office). We are both from the USA and are working professionals.
We require a minimum 2 months, maximum 6 months! No deposit/ no references.
We will share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom areas.
The flat is on the high street, just an 8 min walk from Penge West Overground station and 5 min walk from Penge East Southeastern Rail station. We are just down the road from the lovely Crystal Palace Park :)
Note: we’re on the top floor and there is no lift!
Note: the desk and monitor would be moved out of the room
