We are looking for a person to take up residence in our gorgeous, large and bright double bedroom in modern style 8-bedroom house. The bedroom is fully furnished. It is located within 10 minutes walking from 4 different overground/rail stations with regular services to London Bridge, Victoria, Canada Water and Croydon.

The large size double room comes fully furnished and dressed, with a large wardrobe with in-built drawers, double bed and bed side tables, table lamps, dining table and chairs, study desk and chair, one-seater comfy sofa chairs, etc. This room has two patio doors that leads on the garden. The room will be given to you as seen in the pictures, including all bed linen.

The entire house was stylishly renovated. There are 3 bathrooms, all with showers and toilets (and one bath). There is also a 4th separate toilet. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. We offer unlimited Wireless superfast broadband. The house has a central heating and has a lovely garden with access directly from your room.

This house would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings and are friendly, clean, tidy and easy going.

Within 5 minutes from the house you have a great choice of supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsbury and Lidl with every service you could expect from a high street (markets, cafes, dry cleaner and many other businesses).

Crystal Palace park is a 13-minute walk from the house

We have an excellent transport link as the house is located within a 10-minute walk to 4 different stations:

* Penge East rail station: Train journey to Victoria takes 17 minutes – train every 15 minutes.

* Penge West rail station and over-ground station – Overground train taking 17 minutes to Canada Water and regular train services taking 20 minutes to London Bridge.

There is also a bus stop within 60 seconds from the house with regular buses to Oxford Street, Croydon, Bromley and the surrounding are.

Rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), wireless broadband Internet and a professional cleaner who comes around twice a week. You don’t have to pay any extra.

Our contract is very flexible. We only ask for one month’s rent in advance and a four week deposit (£195 paid in advance to reserve the room). When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us one month’s notice.

So, in summary:

You need to pay us £195 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £585 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £845 which is the first month’s rent in advance.
Your deposit will be held in a government-backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
