It's a medium-sized double room in a well-looked after maisonette very well located for transport. There is a very bright, good-sized open-plan shared living room and kitchen. The living room opens onto a nice decked garden area which gets the sun in the afternoon. Much bigger than it looks in the photos!

There are two bedrooms and you would be sharing with one other flatmate who has been in the flat for a year already.

The landlord previously lived here and so decorated etc. with some genuine care.
