Stunning double room in a cottage in the picturesque and historic Alexandra conservation area in Penge.

It’s a beautiful room on the ground floor at the front, with double bed, attractive mantelpiece, wardrobe and draws. There’s street parking and the amenities of Penge High St are 5 minutes away.

Penge east train station (for Brixton and Victoria) is 5 minutes walk away.

Penge West station (for Canada Water, Whitechaple and Shoreditch) is 12 minutes walk.

New Beckenham station (London Bridge, Charing Cross) is 12 minutes walk.

This is a quiet and friendly street and given it’s a cul de sac, traffic is sparse. The historic Alexandra pub is 2 minutes walk away, as is the Alexandra nurseries and wonderful cafe. It’s a very special place!

I’m looking for an easy going flatmate for a short term let, as well as kitchen and bathroom, you will have access to the lovely living room (TV, record player), and garden (sofa area plus garden table and chairs). There is storage space for bikes in the shed.

I work in the podcast industry and as well as loving all things creative, I’m a big music fan and am quite sporty.
