The kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher and separate fridge and freezer. The property is secure - with an intercom system (with camera) to access the building.
We are a homely flat and like to socialise and look out for each other, but equally enjoy and respect time spent alone.
Currently living at the flat are myself Anitha (29) and Milly (27), who both enjoying exploring the local area, parks as well as venturing into central London for theatre shows and other fun stuff.
We try to get in a weekly swim at the local leisure centre (Forest Hill Pools) and have our separate hobbies too. Mostly, you’ll find us lounging about, ready to start our next series. We'd love someone who likes to get involved and spend time in the living room to join us!
Anitha works from home 2 days, while Milly works at a school.
About the area: The property is slap bang in the middle of several gorgeous South London parks - Crystal Palace, Betts Park, Kelsey Park and Alexandra Park so plenty of green spaces local. We are situated between 3 train stations for transport. Penge east (5 min walk), Penge West (8min walk) or Clockhouse (18 min walk). You can access the overground, Victoria and London Bridge/Charring Cross via these stations.
Important final bits: The room will be available to move into from the w/c 2nd February.
The room is single occupancy and bills are separate, but come in around £154pp per month. Rent is paid monthly at £533. Council tax Band C.
