Double Room 5 mins from Penge East Station

A double room in a 2 bed flat less than 5 minutes walk from Penge east station, and 10 minutes from Penge west station.

Im currently looking for a flat mate to move into my spare room and as someone who personally hated renting myself Im trying to offer a great deal to someone.

I’m a software developer who works from home and I have a spare double bedroom available. The room is fully furnished and can be seen in the photos along with the rest of the flat.

You’d have total access to every room in the flat (check the pictures). This includes a large storage room/home gym that is next door to the flat. This is a large space that can be used for a lot of different things, I’ve converted half of the space into a home gym complete with heavy bag for kickboxing, and the other half I use for art projects, storage and drying clothes. You’d be able to store anything you like in this room and use the space much as you’d like.

I have a full video tour that I can send to you over WhatsApp, or I can show you the image over FaceTime. I would also encourage you to make an in person visit as well if you can.

I’m mostly looking for a polite and tidy person who’s chilled out but have no requirements beyond that, I would say myself that I’m very relaxed and open minded and respectful of the fact that this is will also be your home too and so you’ll have all the freedom to enjoy the space as well.

All bills are totally included in the £700 monthly rent, the internet here is fibre 1gb, no deposit as such is needed but I would prefer the first two months of rent upfront just as some assurance, although happy to negotiate on this.
