Spare Room in 2 bed flat in South East London

Hi! Im currently looking for a flat mate to move into my spare room and as someone who personally hated renting myself Im trying to offer a great deal to someone.

Im a software developer who works from home and I have a spare bedroom I’d like to rent out. The room is currently unfurnished as furniture can be acquired at your request. I already have a good single bed but a small double bed could also fit in the space so it’s really up to you.

The room itself has a built in closet but is probably on the smaller side, happy to share the e exact measurements of it on request.

You’d have total access to everything in the flat (check the pictures) besides my bedroom of course. This includes a large storage/workshop that is next door to my flat, this is a really useful space for storing anything you don’t need in your room or for anything artistic.

I can provide a full tour over face time and then would encourage an in person visit as well.

I’m mostly looking for a polite and tidy person who doesn’t work from home, just due to the fact that due to space I won’t be putting a desk in your room.

All bills are totally included in the £700 monthly rent, the internet here is fibre 500gb download, no deposit is needed but I would prefer the first two months of rent upfront just so I can purchase whatever furniture you’d like for the room.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Penge East station and a 10 min walk from Penge West station so is really well connected to the rest of London.
