Spare Room in 2 bed flat in South East London

Hi! Im currently looking for a flat mate to move into my spare room and as someone who personally hated renting myself Im trying to offer a great deal to someone.

Im a software developer who works from home and I have a spare bedroom I’d like to rent out. The room is currently unfurnished but I have some great new furniture I’ve researched in my shopping basket (including a double bed) that I will send to you for approval if you decide to take the room.

You’d have total access to everything in the flat (check the pictures) besides my bedroom of course. This includes a large storage/workshop that is next door to my flat, this is a really useful space for storing anything you don’t need in your room or for anything artistic.

I have a full video tour that I can send to you over WhatsApp and would encourage you to make an in person visit as well.

I’m mostly looking for a polite and tidy person who doesn’t work from home too often, just due to the fact that due to space I won’t be putting a desk in your room. You’d be able to work from the desk in the living room when necessary.

All bills are totally included in the £700 monthly rent, the internet here is fibre 500gb download, no deposit is needed but I would prefer the first two months of rent upfront just so I can purchase whatever furniture you’d like for the room.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Penge East station and a 10 min walk from Penge West station so is really well connected to the rest of London.
