Bright double room in a friendly house

Attention: it’s a temporary accommodation for only one person (no couples).

Hi, I am a Brazilian chef/backpacker.
At the moment I am travelling around Asia and wondering to rent out my own room in Penge SE20, from now until mid April.
The room is where I live so I need someone I can trust, as my personal belongs (clothes, shoes and memorabilia is still there) nothing really valuable.

The flat:
Cleanliness is paramount around here. A four bedroom flat with no living room, one bathroom, a decent size kitchen/dining area with all appliances and hallway with space for bike parking, coat hanging and shoe rack.

The room:
It's a cozy double room with a bright window which catches the morning sun, one chest of drawers, one wardrobe, a double bed, a computer desk and chair.

The housemates:
You'll be sharing with 3 people, two males and one female. The environment is super friendly and the house is kept clean and tidy at all times. A casual dinner together during weekends is the norm but definitely no parties or loudness after 10pm.

The location:
We are located right next to Penge West overground station so it's pretty easy to connect to all central areas, with that being said, as expected, you can hear the trains and it may take some getting used to the noise. In the beginning I used to sleep with earplugs but after a couple weeks I got used to it. Crystal palace station is 15 minutes walk from the flat and Penge East 7 minutes walking, both have trains which will quickly take you to central London.
Crystal Palace park is across the road and it's a beautiful place for an afternoon stroll or some Sunday farmers market shopping/eating.

All the flatmates are ver, sensible and friendly so if you are looking for some cultural exchange this will be a great opportunity.

The room will be available from now to around April 15th.
All bills are included in the price as well as Internet.
