2 doubles Room! Penge West Station

Hi (No couples)
My name is Cassiano and I'm a chef/traveler. I spend a few months travelling around the world every year and need someone to be part of our lovely home.

The flat:
It's mostly a Brazilian house so cleanliness is paramount around here. A four bedroom flat with no living room, one bathroom, a decent size kitchen/dining area with all appliances and hallway with space for bike parking, coat hanging and shoe rack.

The room:
It's a cozy double room with a big bright window which catches the afternoon sun, one chest of drawers, one wardrobe, a double bed and a bed side table.

The housemates:
You'll be sharing with 3 other people , 2 single girsl and a single guy. The environment is super friendly and the house is kept clean and tidy at all times. A casual dinner together during weekends is the norm but definitely no parties or loudness after 10pm.

The location:
We are located right next to Penge West overground station so it's pretty easy to connect to all central areas, with that being said, as expected, you can hear the trains and it may take some getting used to the noise. In the beginning I used to sleep with earplugs but after a couple weeks I got used to it. Crystal palace station is 15 minutes walk from the flat and Penge East 7 minutes walking, both have trains which will quickly take you to central London.
Crystal Palace park is across the road and it's a beautiful place for an afternoon stroll or some Sunday farmers market shopping/eating.

Some of the flatmates are kinda new to London and struggle a bit with English speaking, on that note, they are also super kind, sensible and friendly so if you are looking for some cultural exchange this will be a great opportunity.

The room will be available from the 17th December onwards, with a minimum stay to the end of May 2025. All bills are included in the price as well as Internet.

The room number 2 (see photos) is temporarily, from now to the end of April. This is my own room, as I am going to be away, renting it for only 600£, but you have to take care of my stuff in it, basically we gonna do a video call and if you suitable for it, the room is yours, for only 600£ per month.
