Double bedroom in Penge

Looking for a flatmate to share a spacious, modern 2-bedroom apartment in Penge! The flat is only a year old, filled with natural light and features a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe (which will be unfurnished to allow you to decorate as you please!) and an open-plan kitchen/living room. Throughout the year I will be refurnishing to make the flat feel more homely.

A bit about me: I'm a 21-year-old professional who enjoys chilling, going to the gym, anime, and reading. I love hosting game and movie nights with friends but can be introverted too. I value cleanliness and like to keep the flat tidy. I’m looking for someone who shares similar interests, respects the workweek, likes to chill but also respects of personal space and is clean.

Rent is £860 per month (paid to the landlord) and bills are £180 per month (paid to me). Bills include water, electricity, council tax, broadband, and household needs i. e. cleaning products, toilet/kitchen roll, hand soap, toothpaste, laundry products; and subscriptions for Netflix, Prime, MGM, Hayu, Crunchyroll, Disney+ (if there are any more you want do let me know 😊).
