Close to Penge East (13 min walk, 20 mins to Victoria) and Anerley (8 min walk and 20 mins to Canada Water) train stations and a 10 minute walk from Crystal Palace park. Well located for shops and supermarkets in Penge.
We are looking for someone to take the room for 2 months. You would be sharing with me, Flo. I am a 30 year old who works in charity in London. I work from home 3 days a week but the bedroom has a desk and you are more than welcome to use the kitchen to work from. I am very clean and tidy and this house is very much a home, so we would love to find someone friendly, kind and considerate. Hanging out in the evening is not expected but would be a lovely bonus!
