The bedroom is fully furnished and dressed coming with a large wardrobe with in-built drawers, double bed and bed side tables, table lamps, dining table and chairs, study desk and chair, one-seater comfy chair, etc. The room has high ceilings and carpet floor.
The House
The entire house has just been renovated a few years ago and looks stunning. Very bright and modern.
There are 3 bathrooms, all with showers and toilets (and one bath). There is also a 4th separate toilet.
The house has a well-equipped kitchen which overlooks a lovely garden area – perfect for a summer BBQ.
The house would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings and are friendly, clean, tidy and easy going.
Everything has been redecorated to a high standard. It has all you need to make you smile and feel comfortable after a hard day at work / school.
The house is well located, and is within a 10 minute walk to 4 different overground/rail stations, with regular services to London Bridge, Victoria, Canada Water and Croydon.
The price includes all bills, internet, council tax and regular cleaning.
We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in, we would expect 3 weeks’ rent to make up the 4-week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.

On the day you move in you must pay a further £570(to make up the full 4 week deposit) plus £823.33, which is the first month’s rent in advance.
You must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to their website: depositprotection. com for more details).
