Great double bedroom in SE20

Hi. My name is Cassiano and I'm a Brazilian chef. I spend a few months travelling around the world every year. We are looking for someone to join our lovely home.

The flat:
It’s a homely and friendly atmosphere and we try our absolute best to keep it like that. Cleanliness is paramount around here. A four bedroom flat with no living room, one bathroom, a decent size kitchen/dining area with all appliances and hallway with space for bike parking, coat hanging and shoe rack.

The room:
It's a roomy double room with a big bright window which catches the afternoon sun, one chest of drawers, one wardrobe, a double bed with a brand new mattress and a bed side table.

The housemates:
You'll be sharing with 3 or 4 people, one couple, a single girl and a single guy, obviously this might change slightly at some point. The environment is super friendly and the house is kept clean and tidy at all times. A casual dinner together during weekends is the norm but definitely no parties or loudness after 10pm. It’s not at all a party house as we are all busy professionals.

The location:
We are located right next to Penge West overground station so it's pretty easy to connect to all central areas. Crystal palace station is 15 minutes walk from the flat and Penge East 7 minutes walking, both have trains which will quickly take you to central London.
Crystal Palace park is across the road and it's a beautiful place for an afternoon stroll or some Sunday farmers market shopping/eating.

The current flatmates are super kind, sensible and friendly so if you are looking for some cultural exchange this will be a great opportunity.
