Short Let: Jan and Feb, double room in SE20

I am subletting my room for two months January – February as I am going travelling.
It is a four bedroom house with a garden, a kitchen dining area and one bathroom. No sitting room.

I am looking for a female creative in their mid-twenties. We are often out in the evenings, working or at an event. We are looking for someone who is also busy and ideally with similar interests. And obviously respectful of shared spaces.

Two of the housemates are pescatarians so I have put preferred. But not a dealbreaker.
