Lovely room in Penge

Lovely room in a flatshare with two other tenants, Ben & Joe. Both with background in music - Ben now works in photography and Joe work across multiple sectors of the music industry as a performer and sound technician.

The room itself is quite spacious with a lovely window looking down the whole of St. Johns road, 3 storeys up, so it feels very private which is really nice.

Excellent transport links into London:-
Penge East Station is on the doorstep (you can't hear any noise from the station from the bedroom as it is the other side of the house). 10 mins to Brixton, 20 mins to Victoria. Penge West overground station is less than a 10 min walk away.

As I am moving to Spain, I would consider leaving behind my desk and small chest of drawers, possibly some other bits too.

You would be sharing the main downstairs bathroom with one other tenant.

Everything in the flat has always functioned really well, the shower is great, the oven is a little bit basic but works fine.

The landlord has always fixed any problems really quickly, and rent has only increased by approx £75 during our 3 years here. The deposit is £730.76 - for some reason the add would not let me input this figure.

There is not a shared lounge per se but the kitchen is often used as a social space.

The flat occupies the upper two floors of house - the ground floor is a separate flat occupied by one tenant who is very quiet.

Crystal Palace Park (the best park in London?), is less than 10 min walk away!

We are planning on having viewings on the weekend of the 3rd & 4th Jan. Ideally I am looking for somebody to take the room from mid-Jan (approx week beginning 12th).
