Bright room with lots of storage, in built wardrobes and shelving structure.

We're a relaxed couple with 2 children, aged 9 and 13. We are looking for a lodger who would also enjoy our tabby cat Ziggy!

We’re looking for a lodger who understands that this is a family home rather than a flatshare, is considerate about noise and guests.

The room is on the first floor. All other bedrooms are on the second floor so you will naturally get lots of privacy.
The room is right between the living area, kitchen and shower room/toilet. Access to the garden.

If you want to keep it local, Crystal Palace, Penge, Beckenham are all high streets around 10 min bus ride away.

So many stations nearby to keep you super connected;
Birkbeck 5 mins walk away and into London bridge
Anerley station on the Overground Line
Norwood Junction 1 stop to Kings X London; 30 mins
Elmers End into London Charing X; 30 mins
