Friendly quiet room available

Hi there, dipping my toe back into renting a room again so starting with a Monday - Friday offering to a lovely double room overlooking the garden. It’s a quiet cul de sac road with excellent transport links - both Penge East and Penge West stations within 5 mins walk.
Buses 227, 176, 197 around the corner.
10 mins walk to Crystal Palace sports centre.
I’m happy to consider short term letting upto six months initially if people are between contracts but I am looking for a fellow professional who is out working.

I have an elderly springer spaniel, very gentle and slightly wonky now in her dotage so anyone who joins us needs to comfortable around dogs. The room isn’t en suite but there is a shower room on first floor and larger bathroom on the ground floor so usually bathroom access is not a problem.
