Double Room available in Penge

Looking for someone to fill my spare double room on Montrave Road, Penge. It’s a good size, plenty of space for a proper double bed plus storage, and the house has a big shared living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a garden out back

I live with 3 other guys, all young professionals.

They’re great to live with - easy going, respectful and no drama. We’ll hang out and socialise sometimes, but everyone’s good about giving each other space too, so it’s not a house where you feel obligated to be sociable all the time.

Since we all work full-time, the house is usually empty and quiet during the day, which is great if you’re not a fan of noise or work from home yourself.

Bills come to about £250 a month, all included.

• Penge East station: 5 minute walk. Direct trains into London Victoria in under 20 minutes, running regularly throughout the day.
• Penge West station: connects onto the London Overground, handy for Canada Water, Canary Wharf, and Shoreditch.
• Buses: a few routes run through Penge, including some 24-hour services, so you’re not stuck if you’re out late.

Food shopping:

• Sainsbury’s — short walk on the High Street, good for a full weekly shop.
• Aldi — 15 minute walk / 5 minute Bus
• Tesco Express — 2 minute walk
