Security deposit is 1 Months rent in advance plus 1 Months rent- If you decide to leave, a minimum of  2 months' notice will be required on the pay date & the initial security deposit of 1 Month will cover your final Month- Security deposit is open to negotiation- ongoing rent is paid monthly.
