Studio flat for two weeks - Christmas and New Year

Hello,

I would like to rent my studio flat for the period of nearly two weeks from 23/12/13 - 04/01/14, covering Christmas and New Year.

Its a very large loft studio flat based in high street with very good transport links, including Penge East station 2 min away and takes 17 min to victoria and penge west station 4 min away which takes 20 min to london bridge. Also there is a bus station opposite the flat, bust 176 runs 24/7 to central london - Leicester Square, so very practical for those returning late from central london.

The rent is £350 for the covering dates mentioned above and the only thing you need to pay is the electricity which is with a prepay key, so you pay for what you spend. I pay the same amount so yo are getting a good deal for holiday season. Its very important to let it to reliable person/couple as i would be leaving some of my stuff there.
