5 min walk to few bus stops.

I work for an IT company.
I am mostly out over the weekends.
Travel a lot for work & pleasure.
I do take-out every night so plenty of space available in kitchen.
I prefer vegetarian but I wouldn't mind if you want to cook non-veg as long as it's NOT a raw meet.

There is a spare single badroom available, if you are expecting a surprise visit from an old friend.

I am available after 7 PM. Please call me if you want to visit the house. Don't call if you want to negotiate the rent.

I don't want 6 people leaving in 3 Bedroom house. There will be only two people in this property, so I have to keep the rent at certain level to pay the bills.

It is good size house and I was sharing it with one of my friend who is moving out as his new college is in Uxbridge.
