Room in 2-storey gay/queer-friendly flat in Penge

Hey,

we're a pretty laid-back household of 5 people in a 2-storey flat in Penge, with someone moving out in October....so we're looking for someone to move in around then.

We're a mixed household of queer/gay/straight people....currently 3 of us are white British guys, and one of us is from Greece. We have no preference in terms of your gender or orientation but want to live with people who aren't racist, misogynist or homo/bi/transphobic.

We all work right now, most of us work shifts so we're rarely all in at the same time - we get on pretty well and socialise a little but it's not forced and everyone has the space here to do their own thing if and when they feel like it. It's usually a quiet flat but everyone's really laid-back on the occasion someone has people over.

Some of us are vegan, some eat meat.. we try to be respectful around that and it generally works ok. No one person dominates the space here and we're all pretty considerate of each other without it being forced or stifling.

I guess we'd be looking for someone who is laid back, able to clean up after themselves, friendly, and independent.

Our landlord is a nice guy, he lives out, but does come by occasionally to do any repairs.

Bills come to about £50 a month, our landlord pays all of these and we pay him our individual share whenever bills come in.

We're in Zone 4 - 10 minutes from Brixton on national rail, 17 from Victoria. Or the overground is 5 minutes up the road and it's 30 minutes to Shoreditch/Haggerston/Dalston.

We're at the bottom of Crystal Palace Park, and there's loads of other nearby green space as we're just at the top of Bromley. It's a nice part of town to be, if this ad resonates with you, come and see the flat!
