Double loft room with ensuite for female

Short-term availability between September and November 2025, stay minimum 1 month to maximum of 3 months.

Sharing a well-maintained home with me, my son (17yrs), lots of plants and a cat. My other son is away at University during term time.

A furnished, sunny double bedroom loft space with en-suite is available with ample storage. There is room for a desk - which I have available if required, but otherwise image shows it has a tall chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair (can be removed), full-length mirror, king size bed, side table, two lamps and a laundry basket.

The 3 bed house feels spacious with two bathrooms, a large kitchen/diner with a good size French style fridge, a range cooker and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and a pantry shelving area to keep your dry food items separately if you wish. There is also an additional anti-room to dry your clothes rather than in your bedroom.

A great location, less than a 10 minute walk from Penge High Street and surrounded by many green spaces to enjoy.

Impressive commuting options:
Penge East Station (5-10 min walk) – Direct trains to London Victoria in about 20 minutes.
New Beckenham (7-10 min walk) Direct train to Charing X via London Bridge in about 25 minutes.
