The room is smallish but ideal for a single person, it is fully furnished.

The bathroom on the first floor (there are two fully fitted bathrooms in the house) is decently sized and bright, clean and fully functional, fitted with overhead rain shower, sink and toilet.

You will be sharing this big house with me a single man 50+. I work 6 days a week and spend my evenings playing and coaching squash so not home that much.
