Hello! We have one large double room to let in Penge.
There are two of us living here already (Sam and Sarah), and we are hoping to find fun, laid back and sociable people to join us.
We'd love to find someone who would enjoy film nights and house trips to the pub.

More on the house: it has a garden, a large kitchen and a lovely shared living room / dining room. There are great pubs and cafes nearby, and the house is also just a short walk away from Crystal Palace park. Bills are included in the rent and we have a cleaner every two weeks.
There are great train and London overground transport links - it only takes 10 minutes to get to Herne Hill/ Brixton, and 20 minutes to be at Victoria/ Clapham Junction.
