My partner and I have just bought this flat and are looking for a lodger.
I am a primary school teacher and my partner works in networking at a university in central London. We both love cooking and enjoy having friends and family over for food and games. We love watching films and are always on the look out for the next series to get stuck in to. We spend most week nights in but tend to go out at the weekend.
The Flat: It's on a lovely road with free parking. The flat itself is on the second floor of a 1930's build (the second floor is the top). All bills are included.
Transport: Penge West, Penge East and Anerley are all approximately a 12 minute walk away.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, quiet and respectful when sharing a home. It is also important that you are happy to maintain a clean and tidy house.
