A spacious double room in a completely refurbished three bedroom Victorian house. The house will only have two rooms occupied with the third acting as spare room/office.

We live a very short walk from Penge East station. We are also 6 minutes from Penge West. Together they have direct trains to Victoria (17 mins), London Bridge (17 mins), Shoreditch (27 min) and Croydon (9 mins).

We also benefit from being a 6 minute walk from Crystal Palace park which hosts the national sports center.

The rent includes all bills plus weekly cleaner, sky and super fast broadband. It also has multi-room audio in the living areas.

The room comes furnished with a brand new double bed with memory foam mattress, two Roar + Rabbit bed side tables and further furniture can be sourced as needed. There is also further storage in the loft that can be used.

The bathroom is also brand new with Victorian style high-pressure shower and large bath.

The unique kitchen, again brand new, has two ovens, 5-pan induction hob, warming draw, dishwasher, large drum washing machine and top of the range American style fridge freezer. Appliances are mostly from Neff, Bosch or Samsung. It also has bi-fold doors that completely opens up to the garden/patio. The table can be setup to seat 12 if needed.

The entire house has been newly insulated and thus cozy to live. Heating is controlled by nest thermostats and has underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

Your potential house mates are a married couple who own the house. We also have a white boxer dog, and therefore you will need to be fine with dogs. He's super friendly and loves attention! Our weekends include dog walking, having a few drinks in the local pubs and having friends over for dinner.

Happy to have either a guy or girl who is up for a laugh, clean and tidy.

Room is available from January 16th, but this is flexible. The length of time is also up for discussion.
