Very central large double room with own bathroom

We are looking for a new flatmate to move into the large double room we have available in our home in central London.

The room has traditional period features including a fireplace, traditional coving, solid wood flooring, high ceilings and two large windows. This gives the room victorian character combined with a light airy feel. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and a desk.

The spacious flat is in a lovely old red-brick building in ‘theatreland’. It has two bathrooms and a large kitchen area. The flat has all home the comforts including wireless internet.

There are two of us living in the flat (1 female and 1 male). We are both British, friendly, super clean, tidy, educated and respectful. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. We are looking for someone who is kind, trustworthy and who wants to treat the place like home. The flat is quiet so no couples and limited guests.

Great location in the heart of the West End, a few minutes walk from Covent Garden, Leicester Sq, Picaddilly Circus and Oxford St. The flat is centrally located and ideal for walking to LSE, UCL, London School of Fashion and Kings.
