Description
Double bedroom available in fully furnished Mayfair flat. There is a big kitchen/living room, bathroom and plenty of storage space. Dishwasher and washing machine available.
The location is very central - 10 min by foot do Hanover square/Bond Street station, 10 min to Piccadilly Circus and 5 min to Green Park Station and 2 min to Regent street. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around the area (Sainsbury, M&S etc) and two pubs right by the flat. In terms of smoking, I against smoking inside the flat but there is a terrace on the roof as well as downstairs where one can smoke.
In terms of the rent, I am happy to go a bit lower if you are planning on living here for a longer period. The room is big enough for couples to live together, I had friends staying over for a month whilst my sister was away and and I'd be happy to share the place with 2 people as I am aware that the place isn't inexpensive. The council Tax band is F.
About me:
I am an mixed media artist, focused mainly on installations and sculptures, and I am working as studio manager for a community arts studio in London. I originally studied philosophy, fine arts and design at the University of the Arts London (Ual) and the University of Zurich.
I enjoy swimming and snowboarding and in the summer I like to play volleyball. During my off hours I like going to galleries and tend to frequent a variety of openings. I am a cat person, I've lived most of my life with cats 🐈. I enjoy having friends over at times and hosting the occasional shindig. I have built a good community of people and I am happy to introduce you, but I also respect if you'd rather do your own thing.
I value honesty and open communication and I believe that it is a necessary quality for living with others. I am overall an easy person to live with, I can be very sociable but also understand that a home should be a place where one can recharge one's social battery and require times to myself as well.
In terms of living together I value cleanliness and being considerate of another's time and space. I terms of the shared spaces, meaning the hallway, bathroom and living room, I invite you to add your own touches to things as I believe everyone should be able to feel themselves reflected in the space.
