Furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers and chair, double bed with storage underneath and a black leather headboard and chair.

Kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1000. The balance of the deposit £800 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable in advance the day you move in, before you move in.
