Double room in fully equipped flat with shared kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is no communal lounge area.

The walls are painted white with blinds on the windows, hardwearing floors with heating and secondary glazing.

Furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers and chair, double bed with drawers for storage underneath and a black leather headboard and an easy chair.

Kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £800. The balance of the deposit £600 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable in advance the day you move in, before you move in.
