Hello! 👋 I'm looking for a new flatmate for the second bedroom in my flat, as my current flatmate is moving out on 25th October 2026.

It's a spacious 834 sq ft / 77 sqm, 2-bed, 2-bath flat, just a 4-minute walk from Pimlico station (Victoria line + Night Tube). You'll have your own private bathroom, as I have an ensuite in my room.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and floor lamp.

ABOUT ME / THE FLAT VIBE:

I'm 33, originally from Canada and have lived in London for 5 years. I'm LGBT+, work in corporate strategy and usually WFH 2 days a week.

I'm fairly social and tend to be out and about on weekends. I like having friends over for dinner, drinks or games nights a couple of times a month – you'd absolutely be welcome to join! At the same time, home is generally pretty relaxed and I prefer things quieter after 11pm on weeknights.

I'm clean and respectful and ideally looking for someone friendly who'd be up for occasionally sharing a meal/glass of wine or watching TV together, while still having our own lives and respecting each other's space. Basically, friendly flatmates rather than strangers who happen to share a kitchen :)

I'm open to shorter-term lets (minimum 2 months), although ideally I'd find someone looking to make this their home for a year or longer.

COSTS:

Bills aren't included – council tax, electricity and internet are approximately £120-150 per person/month.
