Looking for a huge, quiet & super clean place to call home in central London? After three amazing years, our lovely housemate is sadly moving away from London, so we have a space opening up. I’ve been living in this house for 10 years now and absolutely love it here!

The Room (It’s huge!):
• Massive space: Seriously, it’s about the size of four double beds! It feels like a bedroom and studio all in one.
• Your own setup: It comes with a sofa, loads of natural light, a view of the river, and your own private balcony just for you.
• Loads of privacy: The room is downstairs on its own floor, while the rest of us are upstairs. You basically get the whole floor to yourself!
The Location:
• Super central (Zone 1): 6 mins walk to Pimlico station, 12 mins walk to Victoria station.
• Lovely area: Safe and quiet by the river, with trees and green spaces just outside. You can easily walk to Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park, Buckingham Palace, and the London Eye.
• Convenient: Tesco Express is round the corner, a massive Sainsbury’s is 10 mins away, and a gym is just 2 mins away.

House Culture & Vibes:
You’ll be sharing with me and my boyfriend and another housemate upstairs. We’re both violinists, occupying two of the upstairs rooms. Because we usually work evenings and weekends, the house won't feel busy when you finish work! If we ever practice, it's at normal hours, and our rooms are so far apart our last housemate couldn't hear a thing.

We treat our home as a peaceful, clean haven. To keep it a happy place for everyone, we have a few firm rules:
• Super Clean: Cleanliness is our absolute number one priority. We get a professional cleaner every week to keep things spotless, so your share would just be £45 to her once every 4 weeks (there are times where we do it ourselves to make it cheaper for everyone, we can discuss this, it's not a strict cost) We all still make sure to clean after ourselves straight away when using common areas.
• Peace and Quiet: We love a chill, safe home environment. We are strictly non-smoking, drug-free, and we don't do house parties as a respect to each other.
• Daily Life: We are a shoe-free house (keeps the floors clean!). We prefer someone who doesn’t work from home every single day, and who doesn't regularly fry heavy, strong-smelling spices. Due to building rules, overnight guests are limited to 1 night a month (although if any of us are going to be away then that's all good, as long as we don't exceed being 4 people in the house too often)

• Mornings: Since we work late nights, we look for someone who is mindful and quiet in the mornings (no slamming doors or loud pots and pans!). We promise to be whisper-quiet when we come home late too.

The Details:
• Rent (Includes 1Gbps internet, 24/7 heating, council tax, electricity, water and hot water):
• Single person: £1,350 per month incl bills
• Couples / 2 friends: £2,100 per month incl bills (Total house cap is 4 people)
• Contract: Monthly rolling, with a 5-week notice if you need to move out.
• Requirements: A landlord reference or Airbnb profile with reviews is great, but if you don't have any don't worry. We’ll also just need your Right to Rent share code (takes 1 minute!).
