Flatshare in central Pimlico location

Looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate to join a two-bed flat in the heart of Pimlico!

The room: A quiet room overlooking the parking area (so no street noise), with a peaceful, green outlook. It comes with its own newly refurbished private bathroom — no queuing in the mornings.

The flat: We share a comfortable living room and kitchen with lovely high ceilings, light and airy. As a nice bonus, the building has private access to Bessborough Gardens — a green space with trees right on the doorstep, a rare find in central London.

Location: You can’t beat it for convenience — we’re literally 1 minute from Pimlico Victoria line station, with loads of bus stops right outside and Lime bikes on hand too. Zipping around London couldn’t be easier.

Costs: Bills come to approximately £250pm. A cleaner comes once every two weeks, which we’d split between us.

Move-in date: Available from around 30th October 2026.

About me: I’m 31, originally from Vienna, and work in real estate private equity. During the week I’m mostly out of the flat with work, but I’m around more at weekends and happy to cook together from time to time. That said, I really value everyone having their own space — no pressure to hang out, just mutual respect for each other’s time and boundaries.
