I’m looking for a friendly, clean and considerate flatmate to share my spacious two-bedroom flat in Pimlico. The flat is exceptionally generous in size, with a very large shared living room, a separate kitchen and a superb location that is hard to beat.

The flat is furnished with basic furniture and I will invest in more furniture over the next few months to make it more homely, as the previous flatmate took most of the furniture when he moved out.

A Little About Me

I’m a professional working long hours in the office throughout the week, so I appreciate having a comfortable, peaceful and well-kept home to come back to. I’m friendly, easy-going and enjoy living with someone I can have a chat with.

At the same time, I value having my own space and respect that everyone has their own routines. I’m hoping to find someone who feels the same way: someone who enjoys a friendly flatshare but also appreciates privacy and a considerate living environment.

Who I’m Looking For

Ideally, you’ll be a working professional with a similar approach to sharing a home.

Cleanliness, consideration and mutual respect are really important to me. I’m looking for someone who keeps shared areas tidy, is mindful of noise and other people’s routines, and takes pride in making the flat a pleasant place to live.

Most importantly, I’d love to find someone who’s friendly and approachable, happy to have a conversation or spend some time together, while naturally respecting each other’s independence and personal space.

Availability

The room will be available from mid-December, although the exact move-in date is negotiable.
