Newly refurbished, fully furnished, self-contained double studio flat in Zone 1, located in Pimlico. Just a 3-minute walk from Pimlico Underground Station on the Victoria Line and a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station.

Available from 1 November 2026 until 31 January 2027. The rent is £1,540 per month, including all bills. The deposit is one month's rent.

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi installed in the flat, but an EE Wi-Fi hotspot provides an excellent connection. There is also no washing machine, but a laundrette is just a 3-minute walk away (I have always used a laundry collection and delivery service, which is affordable and convenient here in London).

On-street parking is available with a residents' parking permit. The beautiful, spacious public gardens at St George's Square (SW1V) are just a 3-minute walk away. The Queen Mother Sports Centre, which has swimming pools and a gym, is also only a few minutes' walk away.

Tate Britain art gallery is just a few minutes' walk away. Tesco is a 4-minute walk away, and Waitrose is only a 7-minute walk away.
