Double room in Pimlico - quiet flat with 2 baths

Hi, we are Freddie, Adam and Austin and there is a double room available in our beautiful Pimlico flat, just 10-15 minutes walk from Victoria Station. The flat has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, so we each share a bathroom with one other person. There is no sitting room, but the kitchen has a table with space for everyone to sit round.
We are heartbroken that our flatmate Jacob is leaving to move into his own place! Ideally we are looking for someone quiet, like ourselves. We work in creative industries - design, architecture, and modelling, and our home is a restful place where we relax. We are all LGBT and welcome applications from sympathetic folks.
The share of rent for the room is £920 per month, and bills currently add up to an extra £160 per month. This includes the council tax (band F), water, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, and a weekly cleaner who comes to see to the kitchen and bathrooms.
The room is not furnished but the wardrobe is fitted and the bed may be available.
