A spacious, fully furnished double room is available in a clean, quiet, and secure home. You will be sharing with just one person (myself, the live-in landlord).

The Room & Facilities
• Your Space: A double bedroom featuring a comfortable bed, chest of drawers, a freestanding mirror, and a built-in wardrobe.
• Private Bathroom: The property features two bathrooms, meaning you will have exclusive use of your own bathroom.
• Shared Spaces: Access to a comfortable lounge and a garden. The living space is furnished with a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa.
House Rules & Environment
I work varying shift patterns and require a quiet, peaceful environment to sleep during off-hours. Because sound travels easily in the property, the house operates under the following guidelines:
• No Guests: Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate friends or visitors coming over.
• Quiet & Respectful: No loud music, and a general respect for both the household and the neighbours.
• Cleanliness: A strict shoes-off policy indoors, and a standard of cleaning up after yourself including vacuuming of shared communal areas.
• Security: A high priority is placed on safety; front and back doors must always be locked securely.
• Furniture: The room is ready to move into. If you wish to bring or buy any additional furniture, please run it by me first.

There is a large shopping mall with restaurants and cinema. I'm always up for a meal or watching a movie if you feel comfortable doing that.
