I own a 3 bedroom flat where I am currently the sole occupier and looking for only 1 tenant for the large double room. I am a female banking professional. I love travelling and reading, and I enjoy music and movies, and spending time with my friends.
I am looking for a fellow working professional - someone friendly and sociable. I am neither looking for a best friend (i. e., over interaction), nor a loner (i. e., no interaction). I am hopeful that some common interests will make this arrangement a lot less transactional and a lot more memorable for both of us.
The tenancy is for a spacious double room. It comes with a double bed (with under bed storage), a double wardrobe, and a narrow chest of 6 drawers for smaller items. The bathroom is the common one, however, it will be yours for all intents and purposes since I already have the ensuite bathroom. There is a roomy living, dining and kitchen area which overlooks a large park. The entire flat also benefits from lots of natural light from all windows.
The apartment is located a stone's throw away from Langdon Park DLR station within a large new development. There are direct train connections to Lewisham via Canary Wharf (8 mins) and Stratford (7 mins) from the DLR station here, and easy access to other train lines that will connect you to the city. The location is especially convenient to anyone working in Canary Wharf.
The rent includes bills (council tax/electricity/water/tv/broadband). The cleaner comes in every fortnight, that cost will be shared equally between us.
