Two Rooms, Bicycle Storage and Clean!

Do you need a Long Term happy (or short-term max 2 weeks) warm and clean Double Room only a few minutes walk to the central line tube station within a gated community! (short term options listed below)

We are an easy-going share house, looking for two flatmates who want to stay and make a home. Our home has a toilet separate from the bathroom which is very useful, a cleaning roster in place for weeks when the cleaner is not visiting, and a cleaner twice a month.

We are Kinga (27), an assistant manager in an Italian restaurant, David (32) a chef, and Jonathan (49) a property manager. We are all quite busy but also enjoy talking about life and what is happening.

Bedroom 1 - available now (For one or two weeks only)
The weekly rent is £170, and the Deposit is £200. This room is only available for up to two weeks because while we put somebody in for a short term, we will be looking for somebody who wishes to rent for, the long term.

Bedroom 1 - available now (For LONG TERM)
The monthly rent is £965, and the Deposit is £1100 which can be reduced, details are below.

Bedroom 3 - available now (For one or two weeks only)
The weekly rent is £140, and the Deposit is £200. This room is only available for up to two weeks because while we put somebody in for a short term, we will be looking for somebody who wishes to rent for, the long term.

Bedroom 3 - available now (For LONG TERM)
The monthly rent is £745, and the Deposit is £850 which can be reduced, details are below.

The Council Tax band is D and the cost is included in the rent. Electricity is not included and averages about £30 pm, to keep the house clean we also have cleaner at £25 and to replace all the consumables in the common area's its £15. In total the extra costs per month are about £70.
