The house has a large garden, a homey living room, and downstairs storage. There is shared use of the fridge and washing machine, and each person has their own kitchen cupboard. There is also a bike rack by the front door if needed. The house has great amenities nearby like a corner shop, Tesco Superstore and Lidl.

The house is a 10-minute walk to Bromley-by-Bow station and a 6-minute walk to Langdon Park DLR.
