Hi! 🫶🏻
My room is available in our 3-bedroom flat as I’m moving back home to NZ soon 😔 if it wasn’t for that, I’d be staying here!! - move-in can be as early as 13th November, ideally before December.

Working professionals only to pass referencing, sorry.

You would be sharing with 2 girls, both 30 years old. The rent is £894 and bills are roughly £145-£175 + £36 for a fortnightly cleaner. There is a £1000 deposit.

3-bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms. So sharing the bathroom with 1 other (the third flatmate has an ensuite). The room comes furnished with a bed, side drawer, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

As I’m leaving the country, I’d love the new flatmate to buy my current furniture, which is a desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, clothes airer and coat rack. There’s also a laundry basket if wanted and possibly some other items I might throw in.

The flat is very cosy, it has a balcony and views of a dog park!! The windows are large and it makes the home feel bright. The flat holds the heat well, so we aren’t often cold in there!

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy to live with. We all enjoy having a calm, clean home that feels relaxing to come back to after work. We all spend majority of our time in our rooms, but we’re still social and up for a chat. This is a very cosy, homely flat and would suit someone else that also likes to come home to a calm environment.
