You’d be sharing with me- Sara
Im in my late twenties working full time in finance- in person 5 days a week, so you'll have the flat to yourself during the day if you wfh. Im super friendly and chill and would like to be friends with my roommate while respecting boundaries if they need time to themselves. Want to get into baking and love coffee! I recently moved to London and would love to have someone i can explore the city with. :)

🔎 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who wants to make the flat a home, communicates well and is happy to clean up after themselves in the shared areas (the dishwasher makes this easy 🧼).

The landlord requires a proof of employment check, so unfortunately the building can’t accept students.

You’d take over my flatmate's side of the joint tenancy.
