Cosy double room in Primrose Hill

Hello! We’re looking for a like-minded individual in their late 20s-30s, to join us in this lovely flat in Primrose Hill from 1 August (no possibility to move in earlier).

🛋️ The Flat
Bright, airy with a balcony, separate bath & toilet, weekday concierge, and a bike shed. This is a sociable, LGBTQ+ friendly, inclusive and Left home. It’s a home where we host dinners, have mates over and hang out in the living room - while also respecting each other’s need for downtime.

The flat is kept clean and tidy. There’s a cleaning rota in place and we all pitch in for shared kitchen/cleaning supplies, so it’s fair. No pets or smoking, sorry!

🛏️ The Room
Furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and wardrobe. The room gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day. There’s space to add in a chest of drawers.

💸 Costs
* Rent: £890 (excl. bills)
* Deposit: £TBC (est. 900-£1100)
* Bills: ~£150-£170 (incl. water, energy, council tax, wifi)

🪩 About us
You’ll be living with me, Hannah (28) & Flynn (25)! We started as colleagues at a tech company and are now friends - I’m in finance and Flynn in CS.

Hannah: I’m Brit/Indo/Dutch and have spent most of my years in Malta. I'm into tennis, hiking, vinyl mixing, festivals & analogue photography. Flynn: She’s from Northern Ireland and she’s also into tennis, festivals and always down for a pint.

⚡️About you
A friendly, sociable, easygoing professional with a similar vibe and age. Preferably someone who doesn’t WFH (as the flat is quite small), who’s looking for a fun home atmosphere and down to be friends as much as flatmates. We eat a mixed diet, so the flat may not suit strict vegetarians.

It’d be great to have flat dinners or head to the pub for the occasional drink, while still respecting that we each have our own lives and commitments.
